Let's Talk "Branding"

As a Creative Advertising major, I have found my niche within developing brands for various clients.

I love helping clients from small business owners to nonprofit organizations to corporate companies establish a brand for themselves. A brand is so much more than a cute logo or a perfect color scheme. A brand is how you want to be portrayed across old and new media platforms to your consumers in a way that best represents your product or services.

One of the reasons I have become obsessed with the television show Fixer Upper and the Magnolia Market website is because of their consistent branding across all of the platforms that they are active on.

From the couple's iconic modern but rustic style choices, simple font selections, or old distressed wooden touches, they have remained constant throughout all of their images, blog posts, and items that can be found in their store. The couple has found a way to position themselves in an industry that is constantly changing and evolving based on current design trends.

Through their goofy personalities on television, to the tone in which they write in on their websites, and their design aesthetic they have been consistent across all of their media platforms.
